Shipping Policy
Production typically takes 2–5 working days. Once complete, orders are shipped using the most efficient route available.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–10 working days
UK: 3–7 working days
USA: 3–8 working days
Canada: 5-10 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 5-15 working days
Rest of world: 5–20 working days
You will receive a tracking link when your order leaves production.
Although the company is based in Dubai, items are produced and shipped from a global network of facilities, selected according to your location.
For international deliveries, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
All pieces are made to order. For this reason, returns are limited.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
We may ask for a photograph to assess the issue.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Errors in the information provided at checkout
We recommend checking sizing and order details carefully before purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please get in touch before ordering.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
EU Notice
Items are produced individually to order. As such, they are classified as custom-made goods.
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply in this case. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrect items.
